Free Money Sweepstakes Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE FREE MONEY SWEEPSTAKES.

2. No fee is required to enter the Free Money Sweepstakes or to receive information regarding the promotion. Those entering the Sweepstakes agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules.

3. How to Enter: Complete the enrollment form by going to www.facebook.com/FreeGrantsCommunity and following directions provided there. Entries are limited to one per person/email address. If there is any challenge as to the identity of a winner the entry will be determined to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted with the entry.

4. Eligibility: The Free Money Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Entrants must provide a valid email address in order to receive any prize won. Immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win. By completing entry form, all entrants agree if selected as a winner to provide, and allow Sponsor to publish, a photo of entrant and brief statement regarding how they plan to use the award and what it means to them.

5. Dates: Entries will be accepted through Saturday, May 26, 2012. Winners will be drawn at random and determined by Monday, May 28. Notification emails will be sent to winners by Tuesday, May 29 at the address provided on the entry form . To receive a prize, winners must respond to the notification email within 2 days from when it was sent. Sweepstakes sponsor is not responsible for winners’ failure to receive the notification email nor their failure to respond for any reason. If no response is received within 2 days an alternate winner will be selected and drawings will end.

6. Prizes: All Prizes will be awarded in the form of Amazon Gift Cards. The number and value of the cards awarded will be: One (1) $200 Gift Card and (1) $100 Gift Card. Sponsor will verify the value of the card but is not responsible for any subsequent interaction with Amazon. Use of these gift cards does not imply involvement by or endorsement of Amazon. Gift card may be subject to issuer’s terms and conditions. There will be no substitutions or cash redemptions.

7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning any of the prizes will be dependent on the total number of eligible entries. The total number of eligible entries will not be greater than the total number of “fans”, which is always shown (as the number of people who Like the site) in the left sidebar of www.gofreegovernmentmoney.com. Each entry is only eligible for one prize.

8. Delivery: All prizes will be delivered via email.

9. Network: The sponsor of the Free Money Sweepstakes is not responsible for communication disruptions which result in notification or delivery errors. If technical problems cause sponsor to be unable to carry out the sweepstakes the Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule the promotion.

11. Winners List may be obtained after June 1, 2012 by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the attention of “Official Contest Rules” at the Sponsor’s address noted above.
